Terms of use

The rules for using GetLocalClient

What you can expect from the platform, what the platform expects from you and why the numbers it shows are estimates, not promises.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of GetLocalClient, a platform that estimates and tracks the opportunity a local business has on Google Maps. By creating an account, looking up a business or using any feature of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these conditions.

If you use the platform on behalf of a company, an agency or a client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you disagree with any point, do not use the service.

2. What GetLocalClient does

GetLocalClient reads public information from business profiles on Google Maps and turns that data into an estimate of additional customers and revenue per month, along with an action plan to improve local search ranking.

Depending on your plan, available features may include:

  • Opportunity Radar: the revenue estimate for one specific business.
  • Opportunity Map: the same reading applied to a category within a neighborhood.
  • Artificial intelligence analysis: on demand diagnosis and ready to use profile copy.
  • Monitoring: periodic scans that record how the ranking evolves over time.
  • Review collection: links and QR codes you use to ask your own customers for reviews.
  • White label report: a public page carrying your agency brand, reachable through a secret link.

3. Account and registration

Authenticated features require an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your registration data accurate and your password confidential, and you answer for activity carried out through your account.

Tell us immediately, through the contact channels on this page, if you detect unauthorized access. Accounts created with false data, or used to impersonate another person or company, may be terminated.

4. Credits, plans and payment

Usage is measured in credits. Every operation that consumes an external resource, such as an artificial intelligence analysis or the monthly monitoring of a profile, debits a number of credits from your account. Current amounts and prices live on the pricing page, which prevails over any figure quoted elsewhere.

At this stage, plans and packages are contracted over WhatsApp with manual billing. Once payment is confirmed, our team releases the credits in your account. There is no automatic card charge inside the platform.

Credits are a means of accessing the service, not a deposited balance: they are not convertible into cash and cannot be transferred between accounts without our express authorization.

5. Refund and cancellation

The one off credit package carries a refund guarantee of up to 14 days from the purchase date, as announced on the pricing page. Requests are made through the contact channels on this page.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing from the next cycle. Cancellation does not generate a pro rata refund of a cycle already paid, and credits granted in that cycle remain available until it ends.

If you are an end consumer, the right of withdrawal set out in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code remains fully valid, and our 14 day policy is broader than the 7 day statutory period.

6. Nature of the estimates

The numbers shown by the platform are estimates, calculated from public Google Maps signals combined with average ticket and conversion rate references for the segment. They exist to help you prioritize decisions and size an opportunity.

GetLocalClient does not promise and does not guarantee Google ranking, review volume, customer count or revenue. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including competitor behavior, changes to Google algorithms, how the suggested actions are executed and the conditions of your market.

No information on the platform constitutes legal, accounting, tax or investment advice. Business decisions made on the basis of the estimates are your sole responsibility.

7. Data sources and relationship with Google

Business information shown on the platform comes from public Google Maps pages, collected automatically. We do not control that source and we do not guarantee the data is complete, correct or current at the moment you look at it.

Query results are cached for a period to cut cost and response time, so what you see may reflect a recent capture rather than the exact state of the source at that second.

GetLocalClient is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by Google. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of their respective owners, cited here only to identify the source of the data.

8. Acceptable use

By using the platform, you agree not to:

  • Automatically extract, bulk copy or resell the platform database, in whole or in part.
  • Circumvent quota, credit or access controls, including by creating multiple accounts for that purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code and the calculation logic of the platform.
  • Use contacts obtained through prospecting to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam or anything else forbidden by applicable law.
  • Publish illegal, misleading or infringing content in white label reports.
  • Interfere with the service, overload the infrastructure or exploit vulnerabilities.

9. White label report and agency branding

The white label report is published at an address that carries a secret token instead of a login. Anyone holding the link can see the report. Keeping and distributing that link is your responsibility, and we recommend sharing it only with the client it was made for.

By uploading a logo, colors and your agency name, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights over that material and authorize us to display it on the pages generated for you. You answer to third parties for any improper brand use in that content.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, including its code, interface, calculation methodology, texts and the GetLocalClient brand, is protected by intellectual property rights. This agreement does not transfer ownership of those elements to you.

You receive a limited, non exclusive and non transferable license to use the service while your account is active. Reports and texts generated for you may be used freely in your commercial activity, including with your own clients.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the platform available, but the service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Downtime may happen due to maintenance, supplier failure, blocking at the data source or force majeure.

Features may be created, changed or discontinued to improve the product. If a change materially reduces what you contracted, we will tell you through your registered contact channels.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetLocalClient is not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunity, indirect damages or decisions taken on the basis of the estimates presented.

In any event, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you to the platform in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

These limitations do not waive rights that Brazilian consumer law treats as non waivable.

13. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time through the contact channels on this page. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, fraudulent use or legal order, giving notice whenever that is possible.

Once the account is closed, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy, respecting statutory retention periods.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the product or in the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page, and material changes are communicated with reasonable notice.

Continuing to use the platform after a new version takes effect means you agree with the updated text.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code, the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).

Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the courts of the user domicile when a consumer relationship is involved. In all other cases, the courts of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, apply.
